hallo.. senior2 serayamotor.. gw mao nanya2 nihh

utk pemasangan oil cooler.. apa yg harus diperhatikan?
apa ukuran kotaknya harus disesuaikan? (besar kecilnya) apa akibatnya kalau terlalu kecil dan kalau terlalu besar? bagaimana cara mengetahui ukuran yg cocok?

apa setelah pemasangan oilcooler.. kapasitas oli harus ditambah? kalau harus ditambah, berapa banyak penambahannya?

Gue nggak tahu banyak, tapi kalo kapasitas oli harus ditambah, itu iya. Berapa banyak harus ditambah ya tergantung panajng pipa dan besar radiatornya. Untuk pasnya, mending baca manualnya aja.

Logikanya sih, kalo ditambah oil cooler, kan berarti oli berada pada penampungan yang lebih besar (dari pipa ke dan ke oil cooler plus oil cooler itu sendiri). Kalau volume oli tetap sama, kan tingkat ketinggian oli akan berkurang. Parah kalau misalnya bisa turun sampai di bawah tingkat minimum, itu mesin bisa rusak tuh.

trs ukuran radiatornya? besar / kecilnya disesuaiin sama apanya? atau semua sama aja?
misal kalo motor spt tiger/scorpio/thunder pake yg satria 150? apa ndak kekecilan?

klo saya disesuai kan dgn cc motor, sc kan 225 jadi saya bikin di tukang radiator 200cc an, hasilnya yaa lebih dingin dr yg pd pake satria 150 tp perlu nambah oli lebih

Bros,

Saya bantuin nanya yaaa (hehehehehehehe)
Saya pemakain FU, yg jelas panas mesinnya mengganggu kinerja, seperti kl sudah panas mesin gak bisa langsam....dan panas nya gak tanggung-2 lagi (oil cooler std)

Pertanyaannya apa saya perlu beli oil ccoler yg lebih besar + tambah kipas, ngaruh gak yaa????

mohon pencerahaannya dong...

maaf tambahan aja dikit........

nambah oli.......

radiator oli dalam keadaan terlepas dari motor tapi selang2 terpasang lengkap pada radiator oli....tutup lobang selain lobang pengisian agar oli tidak tumpah
-isi penuh2 radiator dengan oli...perlu kesabaran agar benar2 penuh dan gelembung udara minimal........bisa aja pake air cuma kan bingung untuk mengeringkanya nanti
-setelah penuh kuras oli tsb ke gelas ukur.....
-dapet deh CC yg harus ditambahkan ke motor kita...............

simpel.......daripada ngukur berapa cc radiator..belon selang2nya....

kalo di bonjeruk 3, toko yg jual oilcooler lengkap dimana?
soalnya kebanyakan jual buat shogun / supra.. apa mungkin bisa dipake buat Scorpio?

@ all : gw pernah liat macam2 bentuk radiator oilcooler.. ada yg cm spt pipa belok2.. ada yg spt kisi..
kira2 yg pendinginannya lebih oke yg model gimana yahh?

@boomz begitu masuk bonjer 3 lurus aja pas ketemu pertigaan pertama kali (nggak usah belok) sebelah kiri jalan... tokonya lumayan gede.... trus banyak jualan bearing SKF plus di displaynya banyak ditempelin stiker2 club

Yakin lo bikinnya bagus di tukang radiator? AFAIK radiator mbl itukan siripnya horizontal yang disetiap ujung siripnya terputus. Polanya seperti pagar bambu. Seharusnya pola jalur saluran disirip alumuniumnyanya tetap tersambung, polanya seperti lengkung meander. sehingga bidang penyerapan panasnya semakin luas, dan oli gak cepet ngocrot keluar begitu masuk dari selang masuk. Bisa gak tukang radiator bikin pola seperti meander itu?. Kayaknya bikin pake evaporator bekas kulkas deh, ato evaporator ac mobil bekas. Itu lebih efektif, cox polanya dah seperti yang gue sebutin tadi.

wah iya ni, gw emang ada keluhan scopie gw panas banget mesinnya kalo siang2. jadi mesinnya rada kasar gitu jalannya......

solusinya mending oil coller atau radiator nih>???????

ya jelas mending pake oil cooler lahh.. tinggal pasang doang.. kalo mau pake radiator (air) sih repot.. gimana masangnya hayoo?

emg sih.. kl oilcooler enak buat sendiri.. soalnya ukuran sesuai dg yg kita mau,
tapi masalahnya susah cari bengkel radiator yg kratif dan kerjaannya rapi..
soalnya kalo sampe olinya bocor.. repot bgt lahh..

makanya sampe sekarang gw belom pasang oilcooler..

design mesin motor dengan pendingin udara punya keunggulan khusus yaitu ekonomis, simpel, handal. dengan spek pabrikan segitu presisinya dibuat, kita dengan gampang pasang oil cooler dengan bor dan bubut, sehingga kinerja pompa oli terlalu dipaksakan, malah kalo ada masalah misalnya akibat kesalahan kecil salah pasang selang oli, kisi2 tersumbat akibat kesalahan pemilihan ukuran rongga. akibatnya? pasti bubar tuh mesin, lain lagi bila memang spek pabrikan sudah dipasang oil cooler jadi tinggal ganti oil cooler aftermarket.
