setau gw itu kan utamanya buat oli mesin bensin.... kalo dipake utk mesin diesel, shrsnya malah kaga bisa panjang km-nya...
karena beda karakteristik oli diesel dg bensin.
Shell answer :
Principle it is correct, that diesel
engines and gasoline
engines has different rquirements
to the lubrication.
Diesel engines: requirements for
more cleaning additives for soot.
Gasoline engines: special
requirements for heat and
shearing
stability.
But, according SHELLs experience, that not always the correct
oil is used for the right motortype,
they are forced to develope
both oils (SHELL HELIX ULTRA and
SHELL HELIX ULTRA DIESEL) so,
that they can be used in both engine types without demaging it.
Shell helix ultra acea B4, api SM/CF, MB229,5.
Saya ganti shell helix ultra pas 20rb km bro, bukannya di pakai sampai 20rb km.

report ahh... abis ganti oli utk lipina ane...

pake oli idemitsu full syn yg 5W-30... dpt harga miring dan penghabisan stok beli salah satu toko d atrium...
performance blom banyak yg bsa di komen, scara mesin jg abis di carb jet ama ganti busi dan filter udara, tarikan jelas enteng....

next project, ganti oli si ipah pake q8 yg 5W-30... mudah2an bisa ngobatin bunyi tek2 kalo cold start...

Ipah dah jalan brp ?

Kalo dah jalan jauh bgt bisa coba pake oli high detergent dulu utk membersihkan jalur HLA, pake aja 4000 km. Prefer oli Diesel API CI-4

dah jalan 117 rebu km...

oli diesel yg direcommend ama um turbo sendiri apa nehh om ?? trus kalo cuman buat nge flushing gt doank, ane perlu ganti oli filter nya ga, atau nanti stelah selsai flushing 4000 km baru dehh ane ganti oli ama filter nya ??

btw, um turbo cek pm donk, yg mengenai bengkel kelistrikan ipah itu.... thanks..

bro turboman, ane mau nanya nih, kalo oli diesel 10W-40 atau 5W-40 grade CJ-4/SM, ACEA E9, bagus ngga ya??
lebih bagus mana dengan oli dengan ACEA A3/B4, pemakaian utk pajero sport diesel.

API CJ-4 oke bisa dipake

Kalo API CJ-4 vs oli yg hanya ACEA B4 itu plus - minuslah, masih unggul API CJ-4 sedikit

Tapi kalo API CJ-4 vs CI-4 maka saya akan pilih CI-4 kemana mana

Ini karena kadar sulphur solar di kita tinggi, butuh oli high SAPS / high TBN.

kalo ga salah pernah liat di majalah, ini oli buatan kuwait
klaimnya kuat sampe 20.000km, tapi disarankan 10.000km ganti

Dexos 2 / MB 229.51

Jalan 10.000 Km sih mestinya bisa, kalau mau aman ya 7500 Km ganti, karena itu oli Low SAPS sedang di kita solar masih sulphur tinggi.

Kalo mau jalan 10.000 Km maka sebaiknya EGR mesin ditutup.

Oli Q8 buatan Rotterdam, kalau merek Q8 sendiri mmg benar punyanya Kuwait Petr.

mungkin mahal karena ini harga dealer emang biasa kalah dibanding harga toko kan?

mau tanya tentang Motul CRDi Diesel 5W-40 itu bener oli khusus diesel ya?
kok api-nya SL? klo acea-nya B4..

Ya API SL, karena menyangkut kadar ZDDP nya dimana mesin2 Diesel masih banyak yg flat tappet / sliding / rocker arm baut dan belom banyak yg roller rocker arm, juga terkait kadar SAPS en TBN dimana oli Diesel butuh detergent lebih banyak.

ya oli tsb kalo mau dipake di mesin bensin juga oke sih, malah jarak tempuh bisa lebih jauh drpd API SM.

btw utk yg Q8, ane ada pake buat panther PU ane nehh.. yg formula advance diesel 10W-40... skilas kalo diliat sehh warna nya agak gelap yahh... dan bau nya pun jg beda ama oli2 semi syn merek laen nya.... tp utk sementara yg ane amati, suara si panty lebi alus...

kisaran 50an rebu per liter mar... sejauh ini sehh ane coba hasil nya ckup positif... suara si panty lebi alus... utk respon mesin dan tarikan sehh enteng2 aja, scara mesin panther kan sebenernya minta oli kentel... kalo dikasi oli encer yahhh jelas enteng... dan lagi ini oli masi aseli buatan eropa sana walaupun merek nya asal kuwait...

tempohari sebenarnya mau pakai ini juga, di mesin bensin...

tapi berhubung karena berbagai hal, akhirnya malah coba fastron gold 5w30 SN :mky_01:

pengurangan volume gimana meneer? siapa tau pakai oli lebih encer, musti sering top up? atau masih tetap (tdiak ada pengurangan) :ungg:

bisa dari jeroan mesin yg masih sip, atau memang jenis olinya yg minim pengurangan

soalnya di mesin singa HDI, pakai oli 15w40 (meditran dan motul tekma), pengurangan minim, paling nambah 0.75-1L menjelang ganti oli (5000KM), tapi waktu pakai SHX7-Diesel 10w40, minimal nambah 1.5-2L tiap 1x periode pakai oli (5000km juga), jadi nambah 0.5L tiap 1500km
