Tiba2 hari ini ditawari 307 SW yang sayangnya manual dan Hdi alias diesel dengan harga cukup menarik Rp 125 juta belum ditawar.

Mungkin teman-teman ada saran untuk saya mengenai produk 307 maupun 307 SW kelemahan atau kelebihannya.

Eight out of the ten least reliable cars come from across the Channel, with the Peugeot 807 propping up the table: two further Peugeots (the 307 and 407), a pair of Citroens (C3 and C8) and a trio of Renaults (the Megane, Espace and Scenic). The Range Rover and Ford S-MAX are on the same list.

Best/worst for build quality

Sixteen of the 25 worst-built cars in the survey are the spawn of the unholy Peugeot-Citroen-Renault triumvurate, and it’s no surprise to find the Peugeot 807 propping up the list again.

On the best-built cars the Honda S2000 tops the list, with slightly obsessed owners revelling in the tactile ’feel’ of the mechanical components and, perhaps a touch worringly, the pleasant smell of their roadster.

The S2000 edges a brace of Lexuses - the RX300 (3rd) and IS200/300 (5th) - the Toyota Landcruiser (7th) and Honda Jazz (6th).

The top ten also finds room for a pair of Audis - the A2 (4th) and old TT (8th) - and the Porsche 911 (10th), while Skoda’s Superb achieves an, erm, superb finish in ninth place.

Toyota and Mazda are the most reliable cars - TUV Report 2011
TÃœVs (Technischer Ãœberwachungs-Verein), short for Technical Inspection Association in English, is a German quality and safety approval body. For ease of typing on a standard UK keyboard, I am ignoring the umlaut German vowels. In Germany, all registered vehicles must go through regular vehicle inspection to assess their road worthiness. Else the vehicle cannot be insured. It is not exactly similar to UK's MOT, or Singapore's LTA inspection, and certainly not like our Puspakom, in a sense that it is a lot more strict. It shares more similarity to Japan's Shaken inspection, which is probably among the most strict AND costly compulsory vehicle inspection. Depending on the vehicle age, German vehicle inspection intervals vary between 2 to 3 years. TUV, along with DEKRA are among the main bodies authorised by the German goverment to carry out vehicle inspections. It is so strict that minor rust spots are sufficient grounds to fail an inspection.

Each year, in partnership with Autobild, Germany's most influential automotive publication, TUV releases an annual TUV Report which shows results of average number of problems detected in any particular vehicle model of cars inspected by the body. It is by far one of the most reliable vehicle dependability data and is used as a main reference for German used car buyers.
