Buat bung penyu turbo & expert2 laennya:
tanya dong, sebetulnya masalah2 commonrail di indonesia detailnya seperti apa yah?
selain filter solar cepat sekali kotor?
katanya banyak juga yang nosel selenoidnya mampet.......kira2 analisanya seperti apa yah?

Pada mesin diesel konvensional saja, nozzle bisa karatan karena sulfur solar Indonesia yang cukup tinggi (Shell Diesel juga tinggi, 5000 ppm).
Nah, analisa saya sih, solenoid mampet karena endapan sulfur dan oksidasi karena sulfur. Karena pemilik commonrail banyak yang tidak merawat mobilnya secara extra bila masih memakai bahan bakar solar "polos".

hmmm.......koq shell masih kasih sulfur tinggi yah?padahal harganya udah mahal & katanya standar shell internasional?

Kalau utk wilayah Jkt & sekitarnya biosolar udah layak kok oom ween, asal diberi "racun" yg bermutu aja, macam keluaran Total / Amsoil / Redline / minimal Powerfuel, lalu 15 - 20 rb. km sekali di purging (lihat posting saya ttg purging di thread yg lain).

Mobil saya udah jalan 15.000 km filter solarnya masih oke aja.

Utk Samarinda yg saya dengar juga ada yg pakai Ipah D4 D udah jalan jauh aman2 aja.

Tapi utk Medan saya pernah dengar ada kasus yg Injector sampai harus diganti.

terus terang aja, gue tertarik untuk eksperimen dgn crd ini.....
Soal kenapa shell masih jual bahan bakar spek lama, nggak komentar deh...
Tapi IMHO, shell sudah dilengkapi additive yg membuat bahan bakar bersulfur ini 'aman' untuk CRD. Terbukti, tidak ada keluhan yg disampaikan oleh para konsumennya, antara lain Touareg, Caravelle, Innova D4D, Pueugeot 307 diesel, dll.
Alternatif lain, Pertamina DEX, harga lebih mahal daripada shell.

Perawatan secara extra, yg dilakukan oleh teman saya pemilik innova D4D tapi kadang2 isi solar biasa yaitu, rajin purging nozzle dengan LiquiMoly, oplos dengan DEX, Shell, rajin cek dan ganti filter solar, menambahkan additive yg bagus, seperti Redline, Powerfuel (etc). serta waspada terhadap penurunan performa mesin. Sedikit ada masalah dalam performa, langsung dicek fuel supplynya.
Agak repot memang, tapi berhubung ketersediaan bahan bakar kualitas bagus seperti dex, shell dan petronas masih terbatas, dan harganya, lebih mahal daripada Pertamax Plus, maka kerepotan itu menjadi langkah2 yang bijak.

kalo boleh gue ambil kesimpulan, sampe sekarang belum ada cara praktis yang permanen untuk beresin masalah ini k?
selain rajin2 purging, & kasih solarbagus macam dex/shell/petronas.......
gimana dong, nasib pemakai d4d yang di daerah pinggiran kayak di bekasi,bogor, tangerang & di daerah2 luar jabotabek........

VW itu sistemnya EUI / UIS, bukan CRD, yaitu 1 pompa utk 1 cyl, posisi pompa spt pada busi & koil mesin gasoline DOHC.

Scenic lama itu Rotary pump tapi electronic (VP 44 / VP 37), sama spt. Landrcruiser VX 100 (1 HDF-TE) & Pajero Di-D (Zexel VR-Z).

Kalau mau cari 2nd yg harganya ekonomis Renault Scenic, bekasnya murah, BBM sgt. irit.

Kalau yg aman ya beli Innova D4-D, itu bekasnya aja banyak yg cari.

ok, jadi scenic,land cruiser vx, pajero DI-D belom pake crd, tapi sistem pompa solar konvensional, tetapi noselnya pakai nosel selenoid seperti crd?

bung turboman, how about d-max&frontier?
apa mereka juga pakai pompa solar distributor konvensional tetapi noselnya pakai selenoid seperti landcruiser vx100, scenic & pajero DI-D?

D Max iya, itu sekelas VP 44, Frontier belum pernah lihat mesinnya, kemungkinan besar systemnya sama.

Kalau mesin Diesel ber ECU tuningnya enak pak, TPS di dial sedikit aja performa lgs. kerasa beda......heheheheh

mas turboman, sebetulnya saya lebih tertarik dgn 307 HDi...........sepertinya dia belom pake turbo seperti mesin 806 y?
apakah tipe mesinnya sama dgn 806?
trus harga 2nd-nya kira2 berapa y?(menyesuaikan budget negh.....)

Yup biasanya untuk tipe mesin manapun di keluarga A-class (A140,160,170,190) kalau gradenya udah avant, udah pake kaca nako di atap :-)

Kemarin liat2 sekilas doang di salah satu media yg bahas New Ford Everest 2007. Mesin 2.5 Turbo Diesel Commonrail. Ford Indo menjamin mesin ini AMAN MENGKONSUMSI SOLAR BIASA... :e-dance: :e-dance:

Cuma lupa HP outputnya berapa. Jgn2 kecil jg tuh. Apakah garansi kalo rusak akibat solar biasa..? Nggak tau jg.

Ada yg udah baca..? Di sharing dong.. Kemarin nggak sempat beli, sampe gw mo cabut yg jualan nggak nongol2.

Kalo ga salah Ford Ranger terbaru itu 150hp, tapi kalo ga salah sih itu yg 3000cc... jadi yg 2.5 pasti dibawah itu..

BMW pernah memasarkan 320d ketika peluncuran pertama kali E90. Tapi entah dulu ada unit yang terjual atau tidak..

Tambahan untuk LandRover, ada Range Rover 3.0L Diesel (mesin lama BMW, waktu LandRover masih dimiliki BMW) dan Range Rover Sport juga ada varian 2.7L Diesel (mesin Ford PAG, yang juga digunakan Jaguar S-type dan XJ, arguably the best diesel engine in the world in the XJ version : twin turbocharger, electronic engine mounting and double-glass with insulation. Lebih hening daripada versi bensinnya).

Mitsubishi Pajero DI-D mungkin belum bisa dikatakan 'modern diesel experience', karena bunyi mesinnya masih relatif bising/bergetar..?

Yang upcoming : Fortuner, dan mungkin Dacia Logan MCV (1.5L diesel).

Yang paling ditunggu2 adalah Chevrolet Captiva, dengan mesin 2.0L dieselnya yang tidak kalah performanya vs Hyundai Santa Fe's already excellent 2.2L Diesel...
