peugeot n citroen tetap hidup krn chauvinism n status bumn...main (captive) market mrk adalah francophonic countries yg sbgn besar miskin n itupun dgn gunakan reciprocal counter trade

volvo dulu laku krn u kualiti diatas ironcore fines mrk punya logistic cost termurah (tinggal ambil di sebelah saja) beda dgn brand principals lain yg hrs naik turun gunung n sebrang laut u dapat

knp skrg volvo blm laku lagi krn every moderncar now is (istilah sy) panzerised (from safety level perspective) sehingga bkn lagi jaman u mobil jelek bentuk yg laku karena org prg di dalam nya bisa kluar utuh tanpa mati meski itu mobil multiple collide / rollover

...dulu volvo punya safety setting lbh tinggi drpd yg lain n itulah selling point dia
...skrg itu semua sdh di miliki oleh brands lain krn sdh dijadikan regulations (volvo safety std sdh jadi kewajipan) oleh tiap negara n krn itulah volvo kehilangan market

Iya volvo kehilangan jati diri dan innovasi , apalagi produknya pun seperti s80 dari 1998 gak ada major facelift , hanya facelift ringan ngerubah model lampu :shrug:

apapun yg brp soul-less product hanya akan bawa public ke arah affordability-index

product lama ataupun brandnew n itu knp korean brands blm punya market leader status meski mrk sdh ambil bertone, pininfarina, michelott dan lainnya n juga sdh ambil bekas chief inhouse designers dari sana sini

affordability index hanya bawa public berfikir mahal murah n blm sampai tahap wajar atau tidak wajar

yg mobil bekas sy tdk mau komentar krn akan bisa bikin marah org byk

Iya om kodok , maksud ane perubahan dari gen 1 ke 2 gak terlalu banyak , kalo di lihat sekilas hanya perubahan lampu dan grill, cmiiw :mky_01:
Dan sepertinya 2015 s80 akan mengalami pergantian generasi lagi mengingat model sekarang udah 8 tahun..

2006-2008 volvo trucks global mulai n ahirnya beli 100% shares of ud truck (formerly nissan-diesel)

sehingga pt astra intenational nissan-diesel brubah jadi amt indonesia (astra multi trucks indonesia) qq ud-trucks indonesia qq pt volvo indonesia yg sekarang sedang tahap awal u menjadikan volvo px cars sbg barang dagangan mrk under astra international (indomobil masih blm setuju)

Sejauh yg ane tau, kendaraan yang nusbol biasanya lebih parah penyoknya dibanding yang ditusbol..

Panjah ane digasak innova dari belakang saat stuck di tol citos. Pintu belakang ane belesek dikit bumper jadi jeplak, tapi ngga pecah. Malah innova nya yang ngga bisa jalan lagi, karena radiator pecah ngehantam mesin yg dibelakang radiator, dan kipas radiatornya otomatis jadi macet kegencet..

Dr tiap kejadian kecelakaan, ngga bs disimpulkan generally/terlalu cepat siapa yg kuat vs mana yg lbih lemah hanya dr hasil akir.

Tabrakan itu proses runtutan yg variabelnya sgt byk utk ditelaah.

hehehe karena bagian depan mobil sekarang itu kebanyakan plastik (bemper, fender, grill), dan lebih rapuh dibanding bagian belakang, kecuali yang ditabrak pintu bagasi nah itu baru sama-sama remek.

kalo bemper belakang atau bagian bodi belakang jelas pasti remek, karena yang ditubruk sasis (plat besi), sedangkan bemper dan kawan kawannya itu bukan bagian dari sasis :mrgreen: bemper belakang walaupun sama-sama plastik tapi dalemannya keras.

SX4 ane pernah mundurin pohon di depan rumah temen ane ngga lecet blas padahal agak kenceng nubruknya.... tapi Xenia ane dimundurin Ipah pelan doang ngga sampe 5 km/h mblesek itu bempernya, ipahnya cuma lecet di bagian fender belakang.

o iya, pininfarina itu design bodi doang, om bram. kalo urusan chassis dan lain-lain sih balik ke engineer lagi.... pininfarina cuma tau nggambar doang, seperti desain luar SX4 yang digambar sama Giugiaro Italdesign, tetep aja dalemannya suzuki :mrgreen:

jaman sekarang mobil bukan lagi dibuat sekuat solid bar tapi dibuat agar collision impact ada crash zone (crumple)

krn sy bukan ahli konstruksi mobil, sy cuma bisa asumsi bhw mungkin saja salah satu mobil hancur itu kena crumple zone nya. seperti sy liat sdh brp lama ada satu classic alphard kena tabrak metro mini di belakang. kerusakan nya bukan cuma rear cargo access sj...tapi di pinggir roof piece nya n terus ke pillar a

cabin utuh, sliding door n front door RH LH terbuka semua tanpa bisa locking, airbag deployed / tdk sy tdk perhatikan tapi yg jelas semua manusia selamat tanpa injury meski mobil damaged beyond economic repair

jadi jaman sekarang yg penting manusia selamat bukan mobil utuh lagi. cuma di indo bangkai itu tetap layak dimakan / dipakai
