Equus itu sepanjang pengetahuan ane, jadi luxury marquee nya Hyuna... errr... Hyundai untuk menantang hegemoni tripartit mobil2 Jerman: Benz, BMW, Audi...

Sempat terjadi pergolakan dalam politik otomotif di korea karena Equus ternyata harganya lebih mahal, sementara Jerrys malah banting harga.

Entah bijimane sekarang...


Hanya sedikit luxury marquee pabrikan yang bertahan, seperti Lexus, Acura. Infiniti ga tau gimana kabarnya, Maybach kaput..., dan Equus masih harus melewati pembuktian dirinya.

Membangun engineering itu gampang.

Membangun image, nah ini.. repot. image (sebagian) dibangun oleh sesuatu yg ngga bs dibeli dgn apapun: rentang waktu.

Kl bicara top marques sedan, yah balik2nya org nyebutnya rolls bentley jags mercs bimmers.. plg jauh ke lexus. Saat ini.

Just imo.

Makanya, Koryo butuh lebih dari sekadar penampilan cantik dan gimmick segambreng untuk membangun image. Bisa dikatakan mereka baru saja bangkit..., sementara Jepun sudah berjalan, Jerrys uda naik mobil, sementara Brits naik kuda. Sejarah Jerry dan Brits yang sejauh ini paling berwarna, paling lama, dan paling teruji...

Bahkan ane sempat senyum saat baca brosur Royces... No Royces are having breakdown, they are simply ceased to function. Dan nyatanya, menurut statistik oleh Royces, masih 60% mobil dari seluruh produksinya yang menggelinding di jalan. Susah kl uda bicara image. Beri hyundai waktu yg lama lg buat nembus liga elit (kl mo ngomong soal elit2an).

Tp di luar liga tsb, hyundai.. hmmm.. watchout deh buat brand jepang. Imo. Tp di indo jg blum2 banget. Trlalu toyota sentris haahahah ...

itu mah berlaku dimana2 om.
entry level atau yg masih harganya menengah kebawah untuk mobil. Mobil harga tengah mungkin 500jt saat ini.

itu berlaku dimana2 bukan di indonesia aja. Ada negara tertentu yg spesial macem monaco. yg lainnya mirip2 kok. Jgn liat german pake bmw merc..
kita bayarlebih mahal..per kapita per thn 40jt aja beli mobil avanza 150jt berarti 4thn gaji.
di amrik per kapita 600jt, beli mobil ga sampe 500jt rata2nya.
di sg walau mahal, per kapitanya mirip2 amrik bahkan lebih tinggi....kalo itung 600jt per thn, harga mobil entrynya 100rb berarti buletin ke 1M, ga sampe 2thn.

jadi org indonesia sebenernya lebih ngeluarin banyak untuk mobil.

2000 kia enterprise (mazda sentia's twin) dua units, LHD, solid black

diterima abdurrahman wahid saat kunjungan ke kia motors hwasung plant (24 march 2000) dan sampai di tanjung priok tanggal 15 may 2000 dan keluar bonded zone (driven away) tanggal 17 may 2000 dgn plaat 9940-44 dan 9081-00...satu unit sampai awal thn 2014 masih sering terlihat di daerah jagakarsa sekitar kantoor lurah cipedak jagakarsa

setuju,bahkan di kota kecil sekalipun (contoh ane di solo) banyak sekali yg punya LC200 walau emang gak sebanyak mobil2 toyota lain (wajar lah harganya aja berapa) yg punya FT-86 juga lumayan banyak disini. Kalau malam minggu baru keluar itu boil :big_peace: kelihatan sedikit karena emang pasarannya sedikit...... mobil hobi gituloh bukan mobil 'biasa' :big_peace:

ane waktu pulkam di Smg aja liat 1-2 biji FT-86 nongkrong di depan Paragon kalo lagi jalan jalan malem minggu bareng temen :big_biglaugh: di jalanan... beuhh keliaran juga

yoi ya memang pasarnya kecil (niche), pembelinya bener-bener enthusiast... mana ada orang "waras" beli sportscar.... :ngacir:

se sedikit-sedikitnya FT-86 tetep aja dia market leader di kelas 2-doors coupe range 600jutaan, even MX-5 aja kalah banyak di indonesia

Hmmm... tetangga sekompleks ane ada yg punya FJ Cruiser kuning...

Kalau LC200 mah berhamburan. FT86 ada satu unit di sekolahan daerah Dharmahusada.

Even Nav-1 aja ada bbrp unit di kompleks ane... niche market, meski kecil, harus digarap juga demi prestige ATPM.

artinya selama design masuk mass production, pininfarina berhak tempatkan brand naming berbentuk emblem dan untuk itu selama client's production time pininfarina menerima royalty n berhak lakukan audit thd brp unit yg sdh dibuat

ini tahap yg mrk sendiri namakan new economic realities yg dimulai dgn debt restructuring seharga € 115,000,000 (saat matrix project dimulai mrk dlm keadaan rugi dua x dari jumlah itu)

Setelah hyundai bermain di luxury sedan dengan equusnya , kia juga ikut meramaikan dengan kia k900 nya , mesin pake v8 5.0 , tinggal liat kualitas dan reabilitasnya untuk melawan trio german :mky_03:
Kalo liat dari tampilan luar dan dalam sih menurut ane cakep :off_good_job:

Maaf ya.. sekelas toyota dan nissan dan honda yg udah duluan lebih established dibanding hyunkia saja 'gentar' kl ngadepin mercedes bmw audi di liga elit, maka lahirlah lexus infinity acura.

Kelas elit gini, blum apa2 si orkay udah ogah duluan mo bli brand yg baunya 'ngga ningrat'.

Seagung mercedes aja ngga pede ngelawan rolls bentley pk nama mercedes, digadang2lah maybach yg jd an epic failure itu.


Kl kia bikin mobil dgn kualitas sama persis levelnya ama mercedes (misalnya), dibandrol sharga mercedes, bah siapa yg mo beli.. lain hal kl bandrol jauh di bawah heeehehehe... spt yg ditulis di review di pros nya: non premium pricing..

Setuju mod ng , bagaimanapun duo ginseng gak akan bisa menyaingi trio german :mky_03: , bahkan volvo dan peugeot sesama eropa masih kalah pamor di banding trio german :mky_01:
