Jadi kuras freon, bersihin, kuras oli kompressor ya ? Ok deh oom doq, nnt sy coba dulu bawa. Tp gmn ya seandainya kena kompressornya ? Brp duit lg tuh ya ?

Oiya, satu lagi om doq. Ada bunyi2 ϑí double blowernya ? Tok, tok, tok...gitu bunyinya. Udah pernah 3 bengkel Ac + 1 Beres, ttp aja bunyi terus. Jadi illfil dengar bunyinya. Itu kira2 apanya yak ?

wah........klo kompressor nya yg kena lumayan tuh oom, tapi coba service dulu aja deh mudah2an kompressor masih gpp
klo double blower bunyi seh kemungkinan dari dudukan/poros blower nya yg udah kemakan, jadi saat blower muter bunyi2 terus

iya umumnya shaft/bearing motor dbl blowernya yg udah bunyi, kerusakan yg umum terjadi untuk mbl yg beroperasi di daerah yg cuaca panas krn usernya cenderung set putaran blowernya lbh cepat, potensi aus lbh cepat

Boss, mo nanya bisa,

sy punya mercy c180 th 1995, setiap ac dinyalakan (kondisi ON), kipas/Extra Fan tidak berjalan, Extra Fan hanya menyala jika mesin panas saja (ikut radiator jika panas), shg kompresor kondisinya muter terus, walaupun kondisi sudah dingin (AC duingin banget), seharusnya kan kompresor mati jika kondisi sdh dingin dan Extra Fan ON jika AC dinyalakan/kompresor lagi muter, kira yg harus dicek swicth apanya ya.

wah....terus terang saya ga paham mengenai system pendingin pada kendaraan eropa oom, klo logika nya sih memang fan ac menyala pada saat kompressor bekerja sedangkan yg ini nyala mengikuti suhu mesin; berarti bekerja mengikuti kipas radiator.............maka kemungkinan sudah dijumper dg kipas radiator cmiiw :e-think: :e-think:
apa sebelum nya ada masalah dg system pendinginan mesin oom?

Kijang kapsul, belt AC nya saya semprot dengan Belt dressing merek dobeli.
Setelah itu mesin dinyalakan, terdengar gemerontang seperti kelereng di kaleng, arah nya seperti dari pulley kompressor AC atau power steering. Besok paginya bunyi itu hilang.

Apakah ada masalah di bearing kompresor, atau memang belt dressing itu membuat belt selip trus jadi bunyi ya?

setau saya memang kalo disemprot belt dressing maka belt akan bunyi, tapi berdecit saja sebentar........ :e-think:
klo sampe ada bunyi seperti kelereng dalam kaleng kemungkinan dr bearing kompressor tuh oom cmiiw

hoo belt dressing yah...

disarankan titik semprotnya yaitu diantara puli dengan puli, jgn langsung ke bagian di pulinya krn ada potensi cairan tsb ada yg mengalir ke bagian bearing sehingga grease bearing jd lbh encer dan mudah aus, pengalaman saya dng belt dressing kok bikin umur bearing alternator dan clutch AC jd lbh pendek...ternyata itu krn kecerobohan saya sendiri krn semprot2 di bagian puli :e-wall:

numpang tanya, gimana cara merendahkan rpm ketika ac / kompresor nyala?
setelan gas udah saya kecilin sampai 500 rpm ketika sedang stasioner, ternyata ketika kompresor nyala gas tetep naik ke 900 rpm.. :big_slap:
mobilnya panther om..

nunggu oom kelapa tua nyipratin santen kenthel nya aja dah :upss:
klo jawaban sotoy saya sih, lebih baik dibiarkan by default aja oom :e-think: karena memang mesin perlu tenaga lebih khan utk memutar kompressor agar mendapatkan cukup daya dalam mendinginkan suhu kabin :ungg:

untuk mbl yang sistem pedal gasnya masih konvensional dengan kawat anyam baja, stel putaran idle justru lbh mudah krn cukup bermodal obeng saja. Coba perhatikan dulu sistem aktuasi dr idle-up nya, biasanya ada 2 baut stelan idle, yaitu free idle dan idle-up AC.

secara default dr pabrikan memang distel putaran idle saat AC aktif itu lbh tinggi dibanding free idle, supaya mesin pada posisi statis/stasioner bisa berputar smooth saat ada beban AC, selain itu supaya putaran kompresor AC berada pada posisi rpm kerjanya krn setau saya ada putaran minimum bagi kompresor AC supaya sudah bisa bekerja dng optimum. CMIIW

Krn kalo idle saat AC aktif itu rendah, tentu kompresor ac berputar rendah, dan ada kalanya ini gak optimum untuk kinerja kompresor AC untuk pendinginan di kabin dalam catatan di posisi idle lho yah, artinya sudah menyerap energi mesin tapi dinginnya gak optimal kan jadi mubazir.

Selain itu, pada saat posisi AC aktif tentu beban kelistikan juga meningkat, tujuan lain rpm idle saat ac aktif itu lbh tinggi juga untuk memberikan rpm yg lbh tinggi bagi alternator sehingga output charging system bisa meningkat untuk mengimbangi supaya listrik gak tekor pada posisi lg statis/stasioner

itu saja yg saya ketahui, kalo ada keliru silahkan di CMIIW

ada yang bilang idle nya nissan march itu boros. Apa mesin 3 silinder bermasalah dengan kekuatan memutar AC ?

AFAIK, jumlah slilinder lbh berpengaruh ke vibrasi....sedangkan kemampuannya tergantung spek mesin tsb.

setau ane setelan idle mesin sama idle ac berbeda posisinya, kalo idle ac setelnya kalo gk salah jarak dari idle upnya, jdi pas ac on seberapa jauh si idle up neken ato dorong tuas idle. CMIIW
wuzz...wuzz...wuzz nyaris tak terdengar.

Kalo AC ga dingin tapi anginnya doank yang kenceng kira2 kenapa ya? Apa freonnya aja yg hrs diisi ato ada yang lain? Trims semua...

thanks atas pencerahannya om doq, jalu, n mario dll..
sekarang idle mobil nya tak naikin jadi 700 rpm, jadi kalo ac on/off gak terlalu banyak terasa kenaikan rpm-nya..
