1400cc, twin cam, four valve per cylinder, vertical twin turbo diesel with intercooling producing 100hp and 144 foot pounds of torque at 2600rpm
Performance figures are quoted on their site as 0-60mph in approximately 4 seconds.

Thunder Star 1200 Diesel by Star Twin

Star Twin started with a three cylinder diesel engine from the VW Lupo, redesigned numerous parts using SolidWorks 3D computer modeling software, and cast them in aluminum. The frame is their own design.
Power output begins at 80bhp and 165 foot pounds of torque, but a bit of remapping of the engine controls increases this to 120bhp and 250 foot pounds at 5500rpm. The bike weighs 450 pounds.
The bike is not to the production stage yet and they are exploring lots of different configurations, touring, commuter, etc.

setang piston 2 buat mengurangi gaya tekan piston ke silinder. coba cm 1, pasti ada salah satu sisi silinder yang terkena gesekan lebih besar.
trus, diesel tekanannya jauh lebih tinggi dari bensin. makanya, didesain 2 conrod biar lebih kuat, kalo 1 setang piston, pasti lebih tebal, gedhe, n panjang, gak cocok buat sepeda motor.
